The Answers: About What Fixed And Growth Mindsets Are Mindset refers to a person's fundamental beliefs and attitudes about themselves, their abilities, and the world around them. In general, most people will develop either a fixed mindset or a growth mindset while growing up. Not everything is black and white, of course, so a lot of people will end up somewhere in the middle when it comes to having a fixed or growth mindset. If you’re wondering what the difference, is, exactly, between a fixed and growth mindset, you’ve come to the right place! In this article, we’ll be breaking down what it means to have a fixed mindset vs. what it means to have a growth mindset. In a nutshell, people with a growth mindset tend to be more successful in life because they believe they can learn from their mistakes, whereas people who have a fixed mindset refuse to change or grow as a person due to their pessimistic outlook on things. Leadership is about serving others, fostering growth, and making a positive impact on those around you.  It’s easy to be a leader when things are hunky-dory. But when your team is in the trenches under fire, you need some serious leadership skills to hold it all together.  Leadership Skills That Make You A Champion: Grit. Grit is defined as courage, resolve, and strength of character, but the final blend of those characteristics yield a quality that’s perhaps best summarized by one word: toughness. Good leaders hold the team together in tough times by staying committed to the battle. Optimism.  Whil

That said, most people do have the motivation to get up out of bed every morning and live life.  But what exactly causes them to act? The drive behind motivation varies from person to person and can stem from a combination of internal and external sources. Here are a few theories behind the force that carries us toward our goals. The Healing Power Of Forgiveness: How To Let Go And Move Forward  What Is Forgiveness? "The practice of forgiveness is our most important contribution to the healing of the world." Forgiveness is the act of releasing feelings of resentment or vengeance toward someone who has harmed you. It involves letting go of negative emotions and choosing to pardon the offender, which can lead to emotional healing and inner peace for both parties involved.  Sometimes, after being hurt, it's so hard to forgive those who hurt us. I think that is mainly because we get stuck in the train of thought that says- “they don't deserve my forgiveness” or “they did that on purpose so I can't move past this”.
